WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FAST AND SIMPLE JUSTIN YEATES AND HIS STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND OUT GOING GREAT DENTIST HERE AT SEDRO
I have (alas) had a lot of dental work in my 60-plus-year-old life, and Dr Yeates and his staff are the best. Best crown experience ever — before, during and after. The hygienists, the office crew, everybody is friendly and smart and things just go smoothly.
Everyone in this office is excellent!!! They were extremely sensitive about my dental anxiety (due to past bad experiences of not getting numb). He was able to get me numb quickly and without pain in a very infected tooth😊 They took a lot of time explaining and asking if I had questions. The hygienist brought me pillows, offered headphones and even gave me applesauce when she noticed I was shaky bc my blood sugar was low(diabetes). Wow all around!!! They gave me several options and there was no high pressure sales. I was shocked at how painless the appointment was. They took every care to be gentle, kind, professional, efficient and understanding. If give more stars if I could!!!! I finally found a terrific place in Skagit after 20yrs! --Trish

I started seeing Dr. Yeates because his office had hours of availability that worked with my schedule. I have continued to see him for at least the last 4 years. My experience has always been above expectations. Dr. Yeates, is very thorough when going over procedures or issues that need to be addressed, as well as your different options. He asks if you have any questions a few times to make sure you're comfortable. When they say they treat you like family, it's no act. I typically only go in 2-3 times a year but my hygienist never fails to pick up right where we left off from the last visit. If you hate the dentist, let them change your mind. Yeates Family Dental is the best!

This is the most amazing place! I went to Dr. yeats for years and then he opened his own office, well I found him after a couple years of not getting work done. He's the only man I've ever had work on my teeth as a teen and a adult so after I found him again I'm here and been twice he's still the same amazing man with the most loving staff and the care oh my goodness ... you will. Ever have a better experience I'm terrified of "the dentist" but DR. Yeats is the most calming good hearted man and make all the accommodations and time about you and your happinesss! His staff there oh the best people so sweet and always there for YOU! Now the office, can it get any better! You could lick off the floors the decor is so clean and beautiful and new, the front has a tv, keurig with all the fixings. Lots to read and a super nice fridge with refreshments and cold creamer the good stuff! I love this place I love 40 mins away I drive here because I would never eve ever go any place else. You won't get this kind of customer care and world class customer service any where else! ITS AMAZING A MUST

Wonderful office! The staff was super friendly! Plus, when I went in for my basic cleaning they found a small cavity and took care of it right on the spot. I asked for no pain killers and Dr. Yeates did my filling pain free.
Justin has wonderful manners. Even my 5 year old doesn't mind going to the dentist anymore. I used to take him to a pediatric dentist, but not anymore. He told me last visit that he likes going to the dentist now!! I highly recommend Justin has a dentist for all ages. I also love that I can get text or email appointment reminders. His staff is super friendly too. Also, I think their new office is decorated beautifully!
We love going to Yeates Family Dental. Dr. Yeates is fantastic, and his staff is friendly and professional. It's always a pleasant experience, and my children never complain about going to the dentist!
